Sunday training sessions have often been sparse due to school rugby the day before. They have several 7s and 10s competition to round off their junior rugby career with Vikings. The club will say farewell to many of the Under 18s squad at their end of season dinner, which will be held at Goldenacre on Saturday, 22 June.
John Hardie, Director of Rugby at NEVs, has been a great asset to all year groups. He attends many of the training sessions and provides invaluable forwards coaching. Hardie is also a coach within Heriot’s Rugby’s Management Team.
