American arrested in Moscow for breaking into children's library
MOSCOW, Russia: This week, Russian state news agency RIA-Novosti reported that an American English-language tutor was arrested in Moscow on hooliganism charges.
William Nycum allegedly broke into a children's library late last week while intoxicated and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, the agency added.
He was reportedly found in the library after breaking a window to gain entry.
