PIX11's Vanessa Freeman hosts HousingPlus' benefit dinner

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- PIX11's Vanessa Freeman hosted a HousingPlus benefit dinner Thursday, to aid families with housing struggles.

HousingPlus provides community-based housing and comprehensive services for women, gender-diverse people, and their families to help them overcome traumas such as poverty and addiction.

The benefit dinner was held at the Prince George Ballroom in Manhattan.
