Ghana’s electoral commission is one that trusts thieves — Omane Boamah

Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, Director of Elections and IT for opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has accused the Electoral Commission (EC) of being more comfortable with thieves than with open documentation of the voting process.
