Rams trade Ben Skowronek to Texans

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - The Los Angeles Rams on Thursday traded wide receiver Ben Skowronek and a 2026 7th-round pick to the Houston Texans in exchange for a 2026 6th-round pick.

A longtime special teams contributor during his time in L.A., Skowronek played in 45 games across three seasons with the Rams, making 12 starts. He was also part of their Super Bowl LVI-winning team in 2021.
