Hamas says 'ball is completely' in Israel's hands in Gaza truce talks

Hamas has announced its delegation attending Gaza ceasefire talks in Cairo has left for Qatar, asserting Israel has rejected the proposal. Efforts by Egypt, Qatar, and the US aim to bridge the gap between both sides. Hamas had accepted a deal involving Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, return of displaced Palestinians, and a prisoner exchange for a "permanent ceasefire".
