Their debut album was an instant hit, with several singles making it to the top of the charts.
Hundred Reasons went on their first world tour in 2002, and then began to headline music festivals such as the Radio 1’s Big Weekend.
After the peak of their success ebbed the band decided to take an extended hiatus.
They came out with a surprise new album called Glorious Sunset in 2023 that set fans aflutter, but they have something even bigger coming up.
Music lovers will be delighted to hear they will be celebrating 25 years since their first gig with a huge show at the Royal Albert Hall on May 7, 2025.
Tickets are set to go on sale a year in advance, on May 14 at 10 am.
The band shared: “It’s a dream for us to get to play The Albert Hall 25 years since we played our first show.
“As our only headline show in the books we want this to be a proper celebration of all things Hundred Reasons. It’ll be a very special night and we’ll have a few surprises up our sleeves as well.
“We’d love our fans to come along and celebrate with us as we don’t know if we’ll ever do something like this ever again.
“The tour in 2023 was very special for us and with the London show being our biggest yet at The Hammersmith Apollo, The Albert Hall seems like a special way to celebrate 25 years of the band.”
