Suspect arrested in Lloyd District murder of Bruce Glass

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A suspect has been arrested following the murder of Bruce Glass in Northeast Portland on May 5.

According to Portland police, police arrested David L. Carter, 54, with drug and gun charges on Tuesday. However, they later determined that he was allegedly involved in Glass' shooting.

On Wednesday, Carter was charged with second-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm.

The incident is still under investigation. Authorities ask anyone with information to contact police.
