Coast Guard cutter intercepts 52 Dominican, Haitian migrants bound for US soil on ‘makeshift’ boat

The US Coast Guard's latest operation in the waters of the Mona Pass picked up 52 illegal migrants trying to get to US soil in Puerto Rico, with all of them sent back home on Tuesday.
