BPD: Teen charged with arson at Bethlehem High School
BETHLEHEM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Bethlehem Police Department announced on Monday that a 16-year-old has been arrested in connection to a fire investigation. The teen is accused of intentionally starting a fire on April 23 in a bathroom at Bethlehem High School while school was in session, according to police.
Police say no students or staff were injured during the incident. The 16-year-old now faces the following charges:

- First-degree arson
- First-degree reckless endangerment
- Second-degree criminal mischief
- Endangering the welfare of a child
The teen was arraigned at the Albany County Family Court before being released to the supervision of Albany County Probation.
