She shared a snap from their holiday with fans, posing for the camera in her neon pink swimwear.

Nikki’s taut abs were on full display in her bikini, as well as the tan she got while abroad.

She paired the poolside outfit with silver hoop earrings and sunglasses.

In another photo snap she took with her boyfriend, Nikki could be seen holding a cocktail glass as large as her head.

The actress, who plays Maxine Minniver, wrote: “Happy Monday. A little break away is just what we needed, lovely birthday treat for us both.”

She went on to joke: “Here’s to turning 40. Well for me anyway… one more year for you Anthony!”

The soap couple started dating two years ago.

Anthony was known for playing Pete Barton on Emmerdale until he quit the show in 2019.

He swapped the set for the gym, transitioning into his new career as an online weight-loss coach.

Nikki has frequently featured on his Instagram page as she supports him in his fitness challenges.

During a chat with The Sun a couple of years ago, Anthony exclusively opened up about the pair’s blossoming relationship.

He confessed: “I’ve always fancied her [Nikki.] She’s mega hot, right?”

Despite this, the pair were friends for a long time before anything happened between them.

“We’ve known each other for years,” said Anthony.

“There were rumours we met at the gym, which we had a bit of a laugh about.

“I slid into the DMs and that was it. I was lucky enough to get a date and the rest is history.”
