Panama's new president-elect was practically retired: 'I never imagined this'

José Raúl Mulino who was practically retired will now he'll be Panama's president. A maritime law attorney, he became known as a private business leader who took part in a civil movement against the dictatorship of Gen. Manuel Antonio Noriega.
