Comedians Martin Short, Steve Martin to perform in Columbus this fall

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Two multi-award winning comedians who have been performing together for decades will be coming to Columbus this fall.

Steve Martin and Martin Short are scheduled to perform a comedy show at Mershon Auditorium on Nov. 1 as part of their "The Dukes of Funnytown!" tour. Presale tickets will go on sale Wednesday at 10 a.m. while general sale opens up at the same time on Friday. Click here for ticket information.

Martin, 78, and Short, 74, have developed a chemistry while acting and performing together since the 1980s. The two first met on the set of the 1986 film "Three Amigos" and have been touring together since 2015. Recently, the two rekindled their comedy acting partnership on the Hulu series "Only Murders in the Building", earning Primetime Emmy nominations for their performances.

The two will have other shows in the Midwest including in Louisville (Sept. 20), Rosemont, Illinois (Oct. 5), and Detroit (Nov. 2).
