Kingsbury man accused of attempted murder after argument
KINGSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Kingsbury man was arrested on Friday and is accused of attempted murder in a shooting at a Kingsbury Road home. Michael Kuster, 44, faces multiple charges.
On Friday, around 8:10 p.m., deputies from the Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a man who was shot at a Kingsbury home. Deputies responded and found the victim who required emergency medical aid.
Deputies say the victim was airlifted to Albany Medical Center for further treatment. Deputies also say an investigation found Kuster fired at least two shots after an argument, both hitting the victim.
Charges:
- Second-degree attempted murder
- First-degree attempted assault
Kuster was held for centralized arraignment part, at which point he was remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility.
