Redditor Seperu shared their shopping haul in a viral post.

In a photo, they revealed they’d picked up a Le Creuset Fondue Pot for just a fraction of the cost.

“Got it for only 10 bucks!” they wrote.

Their local thrift store had a variety of fondue items to pick from, but luckily for them, they didn’t settle for the first one they saw.

The popular brand was hidden away from casual browsers.

“They had about four to five different fondue sets,” they explained.

“This Le Creuset was hiding behind a pile of them. Brand new, never used.”

The thrifter was thrilled to discover that the fondue pot was in like-new condition, inclusions and all.

“The original ethanol gel for the fire is still in its original packaging. It was marked for 30 bucks. It was a discount day for small kitchen appliances, so I got a huge discount on it!” they added.

They shared they were already cooking up recipes to make desserts with the find.

“I’ve made fondue several times before using a regular saucepan,” they explained.

“I also regularly make chocolate fondues for dessert, and I believe this will elevate the experience for sure.”

While the lucky shopper was able to score the deal for the price of an inexpensive meal, the true value of the pot is much higher.

The French vintage fondue pots retail for as much as $380 and are highly coveted among kitchenware fans.

Many shared their congratulations on the heavily discounted deal.

“That is a phenomenal thrift find! Love seeing the odds and ends of Le Creuset items that aren’t just their [Dutch Ovens] and braisers,” said one commenter.

“Love the color too, I’d be beaming. Congrats and happy weekend to ya!”

“Score! I want a fondue pot. It’s [on] my wishlist. Congratulations!” another said.

“What a gem of a find,” said a third.

“Not something I would ever spend Le Creuset kind of money on, but even for $30 would have been the bargain of a lifetime!”
