Union Minister, ex-CMs in north Karnataka's Lok Sabha battleground

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, along with former chief ministers Basavaraj Bommai and Jagadish Shettar, as well as AICC President Mallikarjuna Kharge's son-in-law Radhakrishna Doddamani, are among the 227 candidates contesting in the 14 constituencies of northern Karnataka on Tuesday. Ministers Lakshmi Hebbalkar, Shivanand Patil, Eshwar Khandre, and Satish Jarkiholi are aiming to introduce their offspring into electoral politics through the upcoming LS polls.
