Vladimir Putin orders Russia 'to conduct tactical nuclear exercises' as WW3 fears explode

Russian media is reporting that Vladimir Putin has ordered the Defence Ministry to carry out exercises "to increase the readiness of non-strategic nuclear forces" as tensions between NATO and Moscow threaten to boil over.
