Columbus drops Mud Hens with 8th-inning home run

COLUMBUS — George Valera’s two-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning lifted Columbus to a 5-3 victory over the Toledo Mud Hens in Sunday’s series finale at Huntington Park.
