Prof. HT Lalremsanga, Lalbiakzuala, and international scientists identified 'Herpetoreas davidi' snake in Myanmar, published in European Journal of Taxonomy. Named after Patrick David. The species is non-venomous, with a length between 1 foot 9 inches and 1 foot 11 inches, mainly found in swamps.
