Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) [India], May 5 (ANI): Former MP Botsa Jhansi Lakshmi, who is contesting the Lok Sabha elections on YSRCP ticket from Visakhapatnam on Saturday said that the Jagan Mohan Reddy government in Andhra Pradesh came up with the concept of three capitals to ensure balanced regional development, decongestion of capital cities and equitable wealth distribution geographically.
