Robert Libman: Instead of torquing language stats, focus on education

Some politicians ooze deception. It seems like they're constantly trying to pull the wool over our eyes. I can’t help but get that sense from certain ministers in the Coalition Avenir Québec government when they cite selective statistics or anecdotes to make their arguments, without providing credible evidence.
