Victims, Witnesses Describe 'Premeditated' Attack On Georgian Protesters

As nightly protests continue in Tbilisi over a controversial "foreign agent" bill, violent incidents have ramped up. Early on May 3, witnesses captured video of men dressed in black who arrived by car to assault the activists. One victim who was hospitalized described the beatings as "deliberate." There have also been widespread arrests and reports of an excessive use of force by the police.
