_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Thunderstorms from northern Texas and southern Oklahoma into
southwestern Arkansas and far northwestern Louisiana can
bring flash flooding, large hail and damaging wind gusts
tomorrow. Just to the north, heavy rain will be the primary
hazard with thunderstorms in southern Missouri and northern
and central Arkansas. Rain and snow will expand in the West,
and travel conditions will rapidly worsen due to low
visibility and slippery roads with the snow in the highest
elevation of the Sierra. Showers and thunderstorms will
affect much of the mid-Atlantic. Afternoon thundershowers
will rumble in the mountains of Colorado and northern New
Mexico. The Southwest, northern Rockies, northern Plains and
most of New England can expect a dry day.
