Driver accused of killing pedestrian for stepping in front of car in twisted act of 'street justice'

Andrew Peart, 39, was allegedly attacked by driver Jake McIntyre after he had crossed a road in Guidepost, Northumberland, in front of his oncoming car and later died of his injuries
