There seemed to be the normal amount of fireworks, responsible families letting off 4 or 5 per household. We went to an organised bonfire and fireworks display. I love it...hot dog and mushy peas and a cup of tea. Can't be bothered drinking beer outside on a November night.

Last Friday, as Halloween night swept in with wet and windy weather, I joined a group of adventurous cyclists for a unique night ride along the Trans Pennine Trail (TPT) in Doncaster.
