Small Heath Alliance 

I’ve reported 3 people for racist behaviour in the last few years. One eventually received a 3 year ban but I spent 18 months pushing it, and the others remain untouched, because the club will not ban them unless they get convicted via the criminal justice process. The club say all the right things about reporting racism, but are scared to death about imposing their own independent punitive action, which they could do without recourse.
