NEARLY 200 Royal Navy sailors were recalled to duty on Christmas Day so they could shadow Russian warships.

Frigate HMS Somerset set sail two days later to keep watch on corvette RFS Soobrazitelny and two of its support vessels.

The Kremlin’s ships remained in international waters until New Year’s Eve, when Somerset finished shadowing them.

We tend to stick with the 4 2 3 1 formation even when we make subs. I understand this maybe plays to the better players we have got / have brought. But why don’t we ever switch it up & play 2 up front to force a win.

Many times today May was left on his own vs 3 defenders, therefore, was unable to hold the ball up. Dykes was even worse on his own up front.
Changing to 2 up top during a game would get us further up the pitch & put pressure on the opposition back 4 or 5!
