Bit harsh on halliwell. I remember him being slightly better than average, which puts him several levels above the others mentioned.

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Udupi successfully returned a bag left behind by a passenger on a train. The passenger forgot the bag while disembarking at Byndoor railway station. The bag, which contained valuable items including gold ornaments and two laptops worth around Rs 4 lakh, was retrieved and returned intact.
