CCI okays KKR's proposal to acquire stake in Rebel Foods

India's Competition Commission (CCI) has approved KKR's acquisition of a stake in Rebel Foods, a cloud kitchen company operating Faasos and Behrouz Biryani. KKR's affiliate, Royce Asia Holdings II Pte, will purchase shares in Rebel Foods, which operates 450 kitchens globally. The deal, reportedly worth USD 50-70 million, values Rebel Foods at USD 800-860 million.
