Private bank's assistant manager arrested for aiding cyber fraud in Delhi

An assistant manager at IndusInd Bank's Lajpat Nagar branch, Harvinder Singh, was arrested for aiding cybercriminals by opening an account to receive fraudulent proceeds. Since February, Gurgaon police have arrested 22 bankers involved in similar crimes. Investigations revealed that Harvinder collaborated with fraudsters and received Rs 30,000 for facilitating the account opening.
