Brittany Patterson took one child to a medical appointment, while figuring it was OK to leave another child, her 10-year-old son, on his own. But the boy wandered into the tiny town of Mineral Bluff, Ga. Sheriff's deputies found the boy and then arrested Patterson, charging her with reckless conduct.
