Odisha govt downgrades Naveen Patnaik's security to Y category: Official

The Odisha government has downgraded the security of Naveen Patnaik, the state's five-time former chief minister and leader of opposition, from Z to Y category. This decision came after a high-level committee's recommendation. Patnaik will now have only two constables at his service, with additional security provided during tours.
