Norway mulling building fence on border with Russia, following Finland's example

Norway is considering building a fence along its 198-kilometer border with Russia, inspired by Finland's similar project. Justice Minister Emilie Enger Mehl mentioned that the fence could deter illegal crossings and enhance security through sensors and technology. The government is also looking at other measures to strengthen border security.
