43 die, 3 missing while taking holy dip during 'Jivitputrika' festival in 15 Bihar districts

In Bihar, 43 people, including 37 children, drowned and three others went missing during the 'Jivitputrika' festival. The incidents occurred in 15 districts as women fasted and took holy dips for their children's well-being.
