Doctors at Coimbatore Medical College Hospital successfully conducted a critical three-hour surgery to remove an air gun pellet from a construction worker’s thigh. The pellet had entered a blood vessel and was lodged near the bone. Following stabilization and surgery, the patient is expected to be discharged soon after sustaining injuries during a drunken brawl.
