In a $115 million settlement, while admitting no wrongdoing, tech behemoth Oracle has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit over allegations it tracked consumer activity both on and offline. The company allegedly collected consumer data from web browsing, geolocation services, and in-store purchases, then sold or made that data available to third parties without proper consent. The deadline to file a claim is October 17, and a judge will decide whether to approve the settlement on November 14.
