US envoy discusses maritime security with Western Naval Command officials

US Ambassador to India Eric Garcetti met with Vice Admiral Sanjay Singh, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Naval Command, to explore ways to enhance maritime security cooperation and bolster the bilateral naval relationship. The meeting, which took place on Wednesday, also included US Consul General in Mumbai Mike Hankey and other American officials.
