During her Tuesday night, September 10 presidential debate with Donald Trump at Philadelphia's National Constitution Center, Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris vigorously attacked the GOP nominee on everything from abortion to foreign policy to tariffs and tax policy. Harris also slammed Trump's position on healthcare, arguing that he would abolish the Affordable Care Act of 2010 (also known as Obamacare) without having a replacement in mind.

Indian origin Israeli soldier killed amid tensions in the West Bank

A 24-year-old Indian-origin Israeli soldier from the Bnei Menashe community was killed in a vehicle-ramming attack close to the West Bank's Beit El settlement, community members said on Thursday. Staff Sergeant Geri Gideon Hanghal was a resident of Nof HaGalil and a soldier in the Kfir Brigade's Nahshon Battalion, the Israeli Army said. Politicians blamed by engineers for HS2 collapse

The cancellation of the Northern leg of HS2 almost a year ago was caused by a combination of political factors, according to a report by the Institution of Civil Engineers. The project had already lost its Eastern Leg to the East Midlands and Yorkshire. The ICE has concluded that politicians were to blame for the spiralling costs, rather than engineers or the construction industry. It says: ‘It is not possible to separate politics from major infrastructure projects.’
