Inditex sales growth forecasts dampened by rain in Spain

SpiceJet announced that Carlyle Group's aviation arm will convert $30 million of the airline's lease arrears into equity, boosting SpiceJet shares by 4 percent. Carlyle Aviation will also write off $40.17 million in lease arrears and convert another $20 million into debentures of SpiceXpress & Logistics Private Limited.
