Prestige Estates subsidiary buys 4.5 acres in Pune from joint development partner

Prestige Exora Business Parks, a subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects, has acquired its partner's development rights and a land parcel in Pune's Kharadi locality for over Rs 200 crore.
