GMR Airports to acquire 10% stake in Delhi Airport from Fraport

GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Fraport AG to acquire its 10 per cent stake in Delhi International Airport Limited for $126 million. This deal will increase GIL's holdings in DIAL from 64 per cent to 74 per cent, pending necessary approvals and conditions, expected to conclude within 180 days.
