What is NESARA
NESARA (National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act) is a proposed economic recovery plan conceived by Harvey Francis Barnard, an engineering consultant and teacher, in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The plan aimed to address the perceived root causes of economic stagnation and debt in the United States.
