De Slag bij Yorktown was de laatste grote slag van de Amerikaanse Revolutie (1775-1783) en werd uitgevochten van 28 september tot 19 oktober 1781. Vanuit New York naar het zuiden trok een gecombineerd Frans-Amerikaans leger het leger van luitenant-generaal Lord Charles Cornwallis tegen de York River in het zuiden van Virginia.
