Indianapolis police say a man was fatally shot as he struggled with a SWAT team inside a motel room. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says the man was shot Friday morning and was pronounced dead at a hospital. His name has not been released. Police say the man refused to come out peacefully and then physically resisted the officers' attempts to handcuff him as they served a warrant.
