Symphony board approves Rs 71 crore buyback; last day to buy today

Symphony's board has approved a share buyback of Rs 71.40 crore at Rs 2,500 per share, which is nearly 48% above the last closing price. This buyback includes 2,85,600 fully paid equity shares and will follow a tender offer route. The record date has been set for August 21.
