What happened to Nikki Catsouras? Nikki Catsouras died in a single-car crash on October 31, 2006, in Lake Forest, California. She was 18 years old. The accident occurred when Catsouras was driving her father's Porsche Carrera GT at a high rate of speed. She lost control of the car and it crashed into a light pole. Catsouras was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
