Carlsberg takes full control of India, Nepal business in $744 mln deal

Carlsberg secured full ownership of its businesses in India and Nepal by purchasing a 33.33% stake from its partner CSAPL (Singapore) Holdings for $744 million. This strategic move allows Carlsberg to own 100% of its Indian operations and 99.94% of its Nepalese operations, enhancing its potential for growth in these markets.

Saregama slides after Q1 PAT drops 14% YoY to Rs 37 cr
