Sri Lanka suffered their 105th defeat in T20I history, including Super Overs, in the final match against India in Pallekele. The loss surpassed Bangladesh's 104 defeats, followed by the West Indies and Zimbabwe with 101 and 99 respectively. India made a strong recovery, reaching 137/9 in 20 overs, with Shubman Gill leading the scoring.
