The newly launched SPARSH System aims to benefit over 32 lakh defence pensioners by streamlining the pension disbursal process, which was previously managed by several public sector banks. During a recent event, CGDA Devika Raghuvanshi highlighted the system's success in resolving over 21,000 family pension cases. She assured pensioners of prompt grievance redressal, and Rs. 30 lakh in arrears was distributed to family pensioners.
