Definitely not. There's not goal line tech in league one
That's shocking, it's been in the Championship for 7 years now, why haven't the EFL introduced it in L1 and L2 by now (I know it'll be said clubs can't afford it, but if it's a requirement then the EFL should be helping clubs out).
